Our Teen Programs engage youth aged 13–18 through interactive and meaningful experiences in Sikh spaces. Our events spark reflection and open discussion to help teens connect with Sikhi in a relatable and inspiring way.
Through intimate storytelling, we learn the tales of our brave Shaheed Singhs and Kaurs of 1984. What drove them to stand up against the tyrannical, seemingly invincible Indian state? Why did they take such actions that would've undoubtedly led to their deaths?
Teens and young adults learn about the complexities of that time. They will engage with the Sikh perspective on justice and sacrifice and get a glimpse of the inspiration that sparked so many heroic acts from our Shaheeds.
Dastar Tying
Our Dastaar tying workshops offer teens and adults the chance to explore our Sikh identity through hands-on learning.
Participants gain practical skills in tying their Dastaar while connecting with tradition, history, and sangat in a meaningful and engaging way.
Chaurasi Dodgeball Tournament
The Chaurasi Dodgeball Tournament is a community-focused event that brings youth together through sport, teamwork, and friendly competition.
Designed to honour the Shaheeds of 1984, it combines energy, camaraderie, and connection, creating a fun and meaningful experience for participants.
Sangat Sessions
Every month we aim to immerse ourselves in heartfelt discussions about Gursikhs, Guru Sahib’s Bani, and explore the depths of Guru Sahib’s teachings together.
These classes are an opportunity to form meaningful connections and nurture pyaar for Maharaj Ji and our Mahaan Gursikh brothers and sisters.
